Elle Macpherson58, looked incredible in her latest look Instagram Video. The supermodel, known over the years as “The Body,” proved that age is just a number as she posed in the clip in a cropped, long-sleeved sweater and tiny black bikini bottoms. She had her hair down and added a pair of sunglasses to her look as she leaned against a wall under an outdoor lamp.
“When it comes to mindfulness … I take care of my mind, body and spirit every day with breathing exercises and meditation. My daily practice involves meditating for about 25 minutes in the morning, either guided or in silence. I try to live my life in an ongoing flow of meditative connection rather than just at specific times,” Elle captioned the post. She also promoted her interview with Read my last interview with body + soul Magazine.
When Elle’s post surfaced, her fans complimented her in a large number of comments. “Looking good Elle,” one fan wrote, while another wrote, “Inspirational! Reminds me to get back to the gym!” A third called her “just beautiful” and a fourth said she was “still The Body”.
Elle’s new video comes just months after she made headlines by attending the Dior show with her son during Paris Fashion Week Flynn, 24. They both looked amazing in stylish outfits including a long beige dress for the proud mum and a black blazer over a white top and black trousers for Flynn. She also wore black platform shoes with a patterned heel and he wore black shiny lace-ups.
Elle called her son her “favorite date” when she posted her own photo from the show on social media. Flynn is her eldest son with her exArpad Bussonwith whom she has been together since 1996. They also have another son Aurelius Cy Andrea Busson, 19, going from Cy. The former couple split in July 2005 after nearly ten years together.
