Ellie Goulding presents itself with a new look for the winter. The ‘Love Me Like You Do’ singer, 35, debuted dark brunette locks while performing at the Fayre of St James Christmas Carol Concert at St James’ Church in London on Tuesday November 29, and Boy was she beaming.
Although she usually rocks blonde locks, Ellie’s hair makeover was a great change of pace for the season. The English singer stunned as she took the stage with long chocolate locks that were parted in the middle and hung down her shoulders in gentle waves. To match her effortless curls, Ellie added fluttery lashes and dewy smooth skin. She kept things natural with rosy cheeks and a clear gloss across her lips.
The “Lights” singer’s outfit was such a chic winter choice. She slipped into a tight black long-sleeved shirt and jewel-printed maxi skirt. To tie the look together, delicate earrings framed her face with a hint of sparkle.
Fans seemed to have big feelings for Ellie’s hair. She revealed the look was temporary in a post-performance tweet, telling followers, “Calm down…it’s washing out.” She added a happy face, a brunette lady emoji, and a heart to hers repeat point of view.
Ellie’s makeover is very fresh. She was still blonde during the American Music Awards on November 20, 2022. There she lit up the red carpet in a rhinestone outfit with golden curls and dark roots.

Though the singer’s winter look was an absolute win, the star previously said she’s “done” with wild hairstyles. “I’m kind of done now,” she once said Cosmopolitan. “I’ve done a lot of experiments, now my aim and goal is to make it long again. I cut it to reboot and I like the hairstyle but I’m a long hair girl.
