Body positivity – a movement that we all can no longer avoid. It doesn’t matter whether it’s height, weight, stretch marks or scars. They are part of us, they make us who we are. These stars, influencers and well-known faces want to encourage more self-love.

Sarah Harrison posts two photos of herself with just 60 seconds between them. The influencer hasn’t changed much: hair and make-up are the same, as is her outfit. But there is one crucial difference. Because while Sarah Harrison is standing on the left in a typical social media pose and her abdominal muscles are perfectly staged, the Dubai emigrant is on the right in a normal everyday pose – stomach and legs appear a little less trained. Her appeal to the fans: “A body can change so quickly – the right pose makes the difference.”
