Khloe Kardashian it’s at the gym these days! On December 5, the reality star taped them Instagram Story to share a video of your workout with the trainerPut on. In the clip, she drags more than 100 pounds of weight while crawling across the floor with a bear. She was then tasked with using a rope to pull the heavy weight to her body. “I don’t care about my form here,” Khloe wrote. “I’m dying. An hour of torture from this monster.”
Khloe has been heavily involved with her fitness routine for years and doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. The mother-of-two has admitted she turns to exercise during stressful times and into season two The Kardashianssome of her sisters even expressed concern about their weight loss following their split from Tristan Thompson end of 2021.
“I will say that kendall [Jenner] and kylie [Jenner]not that i’m trying to come out with them, but they texted me and said they were worried about you because you’re really skinny. Kim Kardashian said Khloe in one episode. “And I said, ‘You have absolutely every right to be concerned, but I’m telling you, she’s fine.'” Khloe laughed off the concern, flattered that her sister noticed her weight loss.
Meanwhile, Kim suffered her own major weight loss earlier this year ahead of the 2022 Met Gala, which was also documented The Kardashians. Kim had a vision of wearing one of these Marilyn Monroes iconic dresses for the event, but found out they didn’t fit her less than a month before the May Ball. She lost 16 pounds in just three weeks by following a strict diet and doubling up on her workouts.
Despite criticism for the rapid weight loss, Kim defended her decision. “I haven’t done anything unhealthy,” she said in an interview with The New York Times. She also likened her transformation to that of an actor gaining or losing weight for a film role. “I don’t care,” she insisted. “I didn’t say, ‘Hey everyone, why don’t you lose some weight soon?'” Kim also doesn’t appear to have lost any weight since the Met Gala.
