Henry Cavill makes some shocking revelations from his early acting days
Henry Cavill was recently featured in an interview with Patrick Stewart talking about his early acting days and auditioning The lion in winter in 2003. The Enola Holmes star revealed it was him extremely nervous about doing his audition in front of legendary actor Patrick Stewart. Cavill revealed he spent weeks learning his lines. However, things didn’t go the way Cavill had planned. The Witcher added star, “By the time I got there, I had whipped myself into such a frenzy that I completely screwed up the audition. I forgot how to act and walked with my tail between my legs.”
Cavill revealed that he had convinced himself the audition was just a mishap and that he could do better as an actor. Interestingly, Stewart told Cavill he was free to try again and said he was glad The Tudors Actor came back for another try. The British actor revealed how giving Stewart another chance had a huge impact on his career and help him to refuel.
