Sierra de Guadarrama (Madrid and Segovia)

This is the capital of Spain where it usually snows first during the months of December and January. There are many things to do and enjoy in Ávila in winter, and snow is one of them. During December and January it is very common print of the snowy walled city and the children playing with the sledges on the hill outside the walls. We have many plans to do in Burgos if it rains or snows, because when they start the snowfalls there are intense and cover everything in a white blanket. It doesn’t matter if we stay in the city or take advantage of the first snowfall to go to its charming corners, such as Puentedey, Las Merindades or Tobera. It is a great romantic plan, always with family or children.
