Firefly Lane Season 2 Part 1 has been out for a few weeks now, but some people are watching the new episodes for the first time right now. The final nine episodes are full of devastating twists, including revealing the truth behind why Kate and Tully have a huge argument.

The first part of the second and final season reveals that Tully and Kate stopped being friends because Tully drove drunk to pick up Marah one night and they got into a car accident. Kate couldn’t forgive her best friend for putting her daughter in danger. Of course, there’s a little more to the story than just Tully getting “drunk” and driving, but below we’ll tell you what happens to Marah in the accident.

Does Marah die in Firefly Lane Season 2 Part 1?

Luckily, both Tully and Mara survive the car accident. However, Marah is seriously injured in the wreck, resulting in her having to have shoulder surgery and multiple stitches. Although Marah does not die, the fact that her life was in danger ended Kate and Tully’s friendship. Kate can’t bring herself to forgive her longtime best friend because every time she sees her, all she thinks about is that Marah is about to die.

Will Marah die in Firefly Lane Season 2 Part 2?

Even if Marah doesn’t die in the first half of season 2, does that mean she’s safe in season 2 part 2? Unless the show gives us a surprise twist, Marah will likely be fine. But we’re pretty sure another main character will die in the final seven episodes, so it doesn’t seem like Marah is going to die. Actually, we think there’s a chance Marah might get married in the next few episodes!
