She is everything! Florence Pugh is not only a gifted actress, but a fearless style star.
Over the years Pugh has graced Us with memorable fashion moments – some of which she’s made headlines for. In July 2022 the midsummer Star hit the barbiecore trend when she attended Valentino’s haute couture runway show in a pink halterneck dress from the French fashion house. Although the British actress was stunned in the quirky tulle number, she was criticized for showing her nipples through the sheer fabric.
However, Pugh didn’t let the trolls get him down. “Listen, when I wore this incredible Valentino dress, I knew there was no way that there was going to be no comment on it. Whether negative or positive, we all knew what we were doing hawk eye The actress took to Instagram after the presentation, sharing her red carpet pics. “I was excited to wear it, no blink of an eye was nervous. I wasn’t before, during, or even now after.”
She continued in her post: “What was interesting to watch and witness is how easy it is for men to publicly, proudly and completely destroy a woman’s body for all to see. … It’s not the first time, and certainly not the last, that a woman has heard from a crowd of strangers what’s wrong with her body. The worrying thing is how vulgar some of you men can be.”
“Fortunately, I’ve come to terms with the intricacies of my body that make me who I am. I’m happy with all the ‘mistakes’ I couldn’t take when I was 14,” added the Little Women star.
Pugh doubled down on her stance in her September 2022 Harper’s Bazaar Cover story, telling the publication, “I was comfortable with my small breasts… And showing them like that—it was worse.” [people] that I felt comfortable.”
Looking back at Paris Fashion Week in October 2022, Pugh unveiled another nipple-free ensemble.
Following Valentino’s spring/summer preview, Pugh attended the label’s post-show dinner in an all-sheer cropped cardigan and matching skirt. The bodice, which was adorned with crystals, revealed the Malevolent star’s breasts. Under her pants, she wore a pair of seamless high-waisted underwear.
Valentino is a favorite label for Pugh. In September 2022, the Brit-born looked radiant at the premiere of don’t worry darling during the 79th Venice Film Festival in a sparkling black mesh dress from the brand that featured princess sleeves and a corset bodice. (That Olivia Wilde-Directed film has also been a trending topic due to alleged dramas between cast and crew – including the viral clip of Harry Styles seems to spit Chris Kiefer during the screening in Italy.)
She also wore Valentino to the Don’t look up Premiered in December 2021, wearing a floor length animal print coat over black shorts and a matching bandeau.
In addition to Valentino, Pugh’s wardrobe includes pieces by Louis Vuitton, Emilia Wickstead and Dior. She often opts for outfits that flatter her figure and show a bit of skin—all while delivering drama and staying on trend.
