This season there are endless designer boots trying to be crowned as street style favourites, and fashion prescribers show us every day (and yes, cowboy boots are one of the most seen). However, there is one version that stands out above the rest. The Givenchy Shark Lock boots are all the rage again, this time reissuing the design that Riccardo Tisci presented at the Pre-Fall 2012 collection and which Matthew M. Williams has modernized with a charm in the form of a padlock. Far from spending the thousands of euros that they cost, Shein arrives with the intention of destroying it, and it does so with a clone of the closest thing for less than 43 euros.

Givenchy Shark, boots that continue to captivate us ten years later
As we have already mentioned, the original Shark boots were presented ten years ago when Riccardo Tisci was in charge of the firm’s creative direction. A decade later, the new director –aka Matthew M. Williams- has reissued the design with minor changes. Renamed the Shark Lock, a large lock with the brand’s logo hangs from the buckle of the boot. Still, the design is wonderful, captivating the fashionable girls again and taking the street style by storm.

Achieve similar looks for much less
Shein wants to tempt us, and in what way. The Asian giant proposes in its new footwear collection a pair of boots very similar to those of the French Maison. The first version is dressed in black and is accompanied by a crocodile skin effect finish. You are for sale for 42.49 euros and the comments are very positive.
Although if we prefer, the brand also conquers us with its more soft beige. Same shape, same finish but with a totally opposite color.
The question is, which one do you keep?
