Matcha Nails: Now our manicure goes with the popular hot drink

The ground green tea from Japan is now coming to our nails. But don’t worry: we won’t laboriously beat the powder with a Matcha whisk. It’s more about the color of our nails, which now adapts to the delicious matcha latte from our favorite little café. The delicate, pale green has a calming and fresh effect — goes well with light linen and airy cotton, especially in spring and summer. The good mood manicure comes in different designs. Whether playful in French, with small dots or in one colour. Anything you like is allowed!

It’s that easy to get the Matcha trend on your nails: To protect the natural nail from the mere pigment, a colorless base coat is first applied. Since green tea varies in its nuances; sometimes it is stronger, sometimes more subtle; can also be let off steam when choosing the color of the nail polish. All or individual nails can be painted in soft pastel or richer paradise green.
Tip: Two layers not only increase durability, but also make the finish look even more radiant. A top coat fixes the look and protects against chipping. Et voilà: Now all that’s missing is the hot drink!

Tap off blush? Which is why another beauty trick is the perfect solution

Everything is powdered with pleasure, but never the product before application. Who doesn’t know it: The cheeks should be dipped in a delicate apricot or rosé; when the brush is inserted into the rouge, the misery happens: you have gotten too much product, which is now tapped off on a paper handkerchief. Yes, that not only wastes the blush, but also doesn’t make the cheeks look as intense and even as desired. A trick on TikTok now shows how we can save product and still get our cheeks nice and rosy.

Tapping instead of tapping is the motto! The brush, after dipping in the paint, is tapped lightly on the table with the wand down. In this way, the pigment settles on the individual brush hairs and does not accumulate in a ball at the tip of the brush. The application is richer without creating artificial stains. Of course, the ingenious trick can also be transferred to the use of other products: With this hack, bronzer, eye shadow and other powder products are better distributed in the brush and ultimately more finely on our faces.

No knack for eyeshadow? This is your glamorous solution!

Always apply this – blend – add and then blend eye shadow again. But that also costs time and nerves! Both are often in short supply. If you still don’t want to do without glamorous eye make-up, it’s worth taking a look at the Eurovision Song Contest – more precisely at the singer Conchita Wurst. The former winner has also traveled to Liverpool and delights her fans with incomparable outfits, as well as beauty looks. We were particularly taken with one of them: Pearls of different sizes are aesthetically gathered on the face of the Austrian. Something that is perhaps not quite suitable for everyday use can also be done differently.

For example, arranged in a semicircle above the crease of the eyelid. The best way to achieve this is to use a small brush to apply some clear eyelash glue to the desired area and then use tweezers to place the halved bead on the sticky area. If you prefer an even more reduced look, you can only place a pearl in the inner corner of the eye and, for example, in the arch of the eyebrow. The eye-catcher can also look flattering in the middle of the lower lash line. It doesn’t matter which arrangement you choose: Once you’ve practiced it, it’s super quick to apply, doesn’t require any eyeshadow skills and gives you a real wow moment.
