After a week off for the Thanksgiving holiday, winter house is back tonight with a brand new episode on Bravo at 9/8c! As season 2 draws to a close, the housemates continue to deliver excellent television, bringing us themed parties, snowy Vermont activities, and plenty of drama (mostly compliments from southern charm imports Craig Conover, Austen Kroll and newcomer Jessica Stocker). Fans will have to wait and see what the aftermath of guests Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard’s “Foxtails and Mocktails” party will be, but we have an exclusive clip from tonight’s episode.
From the start we see that the gang has split into two distinct groups: the drinkers and the ice fishers. Honestly, could this show *be* more Vermont traditions? While Craig, Ciara Miller, Rachel Clarke, Amanda Batula and Kory Keefer head to a charming little bar for espresso martinis, the other roommates brave the minus 2 degree weather for a little ice fishing. With Lindsay and Carl in tow, Luke Gulbranson, Kyle Cooke, Paige DeSorbo, Jason Cameron, Jessica and Austen will be trained by their guide on the two different fishing methods they will use: tip-ups and jigsticks.
Impressively, Minnesotan native and avid outdoorsman Luke quizzes his guide about the type of bait they will be using on the jigsticks versus the tip-ups. “Luke, what are you testing him for?” Paige asks in disbelief. Knowing he’s been summoned, Luke stammers, “No, I wanted to know what we’re using, how deep we’re fishing.” As the group laughs, Jessica is chosen to pull up the first tip to reveal the fish that the caught them. “You should put a photo on your Bumble profile holding a fish,” jokes Paige. More than happy to comply, Jessica plants a kiss on the fish as the Bravo editors ensure what’s sure to be classic Freeze fame.
