Who is Amy Robach’s husband Andrew Shue?
Amy’s husband is quite famous all by himself, eh Andrew Shue55, previously starred in the hit drama series Melrose Square. Aside from his time on the small screen, he has also appeared in major motion pictures, The RainmakerNext Matt Damon and Claire Danes. Interestingly, in the past few years, Andrew has not only been an actor, but also had a brief career as a professional soccer player for the LA Galaxy team.
However, in recent years Andrew has been on the board of Do Something. He also co-founded a social media site called CafeMom. Before marrying Amy, the Melrose Square Alum was married to a floral designer Jennifer Hageney from 1994 until their divorce in 2009. How long have you been married?
That GMA3 Star has been married to the 55-year-old for over a decade when they tied the knot in 2010. Amy and Andrew first met eyes at a book party in 2009 and reportedly married the following year US Weekly. The same outlet reported that the couple walked down the aisle on Amy’s 37th birthday, which would make her anniversary on February 6th.
Later, in September 2015, the couple went through some tough times when Amy was diagnosed with breast cancer. “It was something I wouldn’t wish on anyone in marriage, but I think it’s been especially hard for a more recent marriage. I suddenly felt like I needed him very badly and that’s not my personality,” she said PERSONS back then. “When I had my crisis, I broke down completely. It threw everything in the air. It was tough for several months.” Although she has been successful for 12 years, this is not Amy’s first marriage as she was previously married to a playwright Tim McIntosh from 1996 to 2009. Specifically, in the same year of her divorce from Tim, she met Andrew, and the rest is history.

Andrew and Amy are the proud parents of a blended family. Amy welcomed two children with her ex-husband: Ava McIntosh20, Annie McIntosh16. Andrew spoke earlier US Weekly about her parenting style in 2017. “We get together for dinner at least five nights a week. And we spend time alone with each child. It really changes the relationship. It doesn’t have to be extravagant, but it’s worth it,” he enthused.
