Kelly Ripa is a real Christmas person, so she made sure her tree was out as soon as the calendar rolled over to December. The day hostess, 52, quickly set up her Christmas decorations and showed them off to her supporters Instagram on Thursday 1 Dec
“Isn’t she pretty,” she captioned a full-size photo of her glittery tree. And her fame was undeniable! The fir tree had to be at least 2.70 meters high and was simply stunning. Classic white lights have been interwoven with blue bulbs for a fresh, festive touch.
At Kelly’s Instagram story People took a closer look at her treasured ornament collection, which she revealed was 33 years old. “Carol of the Bells” played in the background as the former daytime diva scoured the tree for some of her favorite baubles. Including: stars, photos, acorns, a purse, the 5th Avenue sign and even a mini margarita glass.
Kelly’s husband Markus Consuelos seemed proud of his wife’s decoration. He went to the comments section and agreed, “She’s lovely.”
It looks like it’s going to be a great holiday season for Kelly, Mark and their three children Michael25, Lola21 and Joaquin, 19. Although the children are older now, the Consuelos still hold on to traditions. Kelly spoke to about one of her most important holiday events of 2019 Oprah dailyand tells how the family always goes to church on Christmas Eve.
“It’s a lovely old-fashioned little town, little church,” she said. “And they have a children’s fair, even though our children are grown. Most adults come with their adult children. And then Santa comes along, you know – we’re catholic so it’s funny, it’s not supposed to be about Santa – but I think they find they get more visitors when the kids know the man in the red suit comes. So Santa gives out candy canes and then they sing Happy Birthday to Jesus and it’s very sweet.”
