They came to kill! The British Fashion Awards 2022 brought out Hollywood’s most famous it girls.
The soiree, which kicked off in London at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday December 5, is a fundraiser for the BFC Foundation and “focuses on celebrating excellence in the fashion industry,” according to the event’s website. Naomi Campbell, Ashley Graham, Jodie Turner Smith and more stars appeared at the dazzling party, dazzling Us with their dresses and glamour.
Campbell, 52, shimmered in a metallic silver Valentino dress. The floor-length number featured an elegant cape construction and a cutout at the bodice. Graham, now 35, seemed to float into the venue due to the breezy and cloud-like silhouette of her baby blue dress. The supermodel paired the dress with tulle accents with glittery heeled sandals.
Turner-Smith, 36, looked just as whimsical in a lime green pleated Gucci dress. The vibrant design was covered in pleats and featured an opening at the bust lined with emerald green sequins. Flowing designs were a hit on the red carpet Winnie Harlow A creation by Iris van Herpen with flowing sleeves caused a stir.
Florence Pugh was also in attendance, serving up old Hollywood glamor in a red Valentino gown that included a long train. Rosie Huntington Whiteley also tapped Valentino for the big night, showing off her grunge side in leather.
We couldn’t take our eyes off Rita Ora who chose to keep the “naked” dress craze alive in a Nensi Dojaka slip. While the dress was a must-have, it was the “Poison” singer’s makeup that drew attention. Ora opted to drop her brows and cover the area above her eyes with a meshed prosthesis. She completed her look with a rosy lip and had her blonde tresses styled in loose curls.
Sabrina Tischler was also trendy in a hooded dress that draped her body perfectly. The style has quickly become a must-have on the red carpet this awards season Kate Moss and Amber Valletta both wore headscarves at the WSJ Innovator Awards in November.
Elizabeth DebickiShe, meanwhile, played it cool in a white button-up and high-waisted pants by Christian Dior. That Crown star paired the effortless outfit with sheer black tights and black pointed-toe pumps, which were finished with jeweled ankle straps.
