Billie Eilish is open about her experiences of growing up in public
Recently, Billie Eilish hit the road BBC 100 women list. During the event, the Grammy-winning singer spoke about her experiences and the difficulties of growing up in the public eye. That ‘When the party is over’ singer spoke “Growing up in public is a very painful experience. It’s really hard to evolve and change for many reasons. I was just grasping at straws…I just didn’t know what I was doing.”
What’s more, the singer, who first found fame when she was 14, made a shocking revelation. Eilish revealed that she suffered from severe imposter syndrome. The Lovely singer added that she just needed to cling to something to make her feel like herself again. Elsewhere in the interview, the singer opened up about how she feels strongest when she’s feeling masculine. Eilish also previously opened up about how people started calling her a sellout for wearing revealing clothes.
