Bethenny Frankel feuds with Jeff Lewis and Andy Cohen in uncomfortable ‘WWHL’ segment +2023

Bethenny Frankel came to See what’s happening live ready for the fight last night, sharing barbs with co-host Andy Cohen and guest Jeff Lewis. The Real Housewives of New York City Alum predictably brought drama to the late-night Bravo show, and went all out for Frankel when asked about her controversial new one housewives podcast.

The reality star, who has come under fire for hosting a rewatch podcast about the same show that has called her “toxic” in the past, immediately took to Cohen, who initially softened her by saying joked about their “feud” but was dragged into a more contentious convoy with Frankel, who was in full defensive mode.

“You’ve trashed the housewives for the last three years,” Cohen pointed out, before admitting that he found Frankel’s podcast “hypocritical” because she went “deep” into the franchise after she slammed it. Frankel responded that Cohen’s criticism didn’t come to her privately and differed from what she had said to her personally, when he said, “Glad to see you embrace the housewives.”

Frankel insisted that she “don’t ruin people on the show,” and was met with opposition from Cohen, who replied, “They called it boring, toxic, women against other women.”

As Frankel and Cohen paced back and forth, the presenter paused and turned to Lewis – another former Bravo star – and asked him, “Jeff, do you like this?”

He replied, “No, I’m actually uncomfortable,” but oh boy, he had no idea what was in store for him. After asking Frankel how she housewives Recap was unlike that of dozens of similar shows (big mistake), Frankel turned to him and pointed to his release from Bravo as she explained, “Well, Bravo didn’t let me go. I actually went of my own choice, so it’s a bit different. I am not a disgruntled employee.”

Leaning in, Lewis said clearly, “I got fired,” and Frankel confirmed “correct,” before adding, “And that’s why you’re so bitter.”

Lewis initially agreed before realizing what he was doing, and quickly reversed course and said, “No, I’m not bitter at all!”

But Frankel kept up the animosity, sarcastically telling her fellow guest (and apparently new target), “Right, right, that’s what they all say.”

Lewis looked around at the audience in confusion and said, “No, I really did,” insisting he was happy while Frankel lunged at him.

“You said it, you opened the door, baby,” she told him. “Don’t come for that, unless you want to get shot.”
