Bruce Willis and Demi Moore brought their blended family together for a heartwarming Christmas party this year. On December 13, Moore shared photos of himself; Bruce; his wife Emma Heming Willis (whom he married in 2009); and their children enjoy the celebrations. In addition to Bruce and Moore’s children — Rumer Willis, 34, Scout Willis, 31, and Tallulah Willis, 28 — are Bruce and Emma’s two daughters, 10-year-old Mabel Ray and 8- year-old Evelyn Penn, also crammed in for a cute photo in front of the Christmas tree. “We are a FAMILY!! Get in the holiday spirit!” Moore captioned the Instagram carousel.

“We are a FAMILY!! Get in the holiday spirit!”

In the photo album we also see Bruce holding hands with Emma at dinner; Tallulah stands between her parents for a group photo with her dog, Pilaf; and the whole family posing in front of the stairs for the ultimate Christmas card snap. “The laser beam communication between Pilaf and Dad is stunning,” Tallulah captioned another photo of the trio with Pilaf on her Instagram account. “I love my parents and my family – I do, I do, I do!”

Summarizing the celebration in the comments section of Moore’s post, Emma wrote, “What a fun evening.” Bruce and Moore’s longtime friend Rita Wilson added, “Merry Christmas [to] Everyone!”

While it’s rare to see Bruce and Moore’s entire family together on social media, this year’s holiday snaps are particularly telling following the Die Hard star’s aphasia diagnosis in March. Due to the speech disorder affecting cognitive abilities, the Emmy Award-winning actor announced he was retiring from acting.

“To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and was recently diagnosed with aphasia which is affecting his cognitive abilities,” his family captioned Instagram Post on March 30th. “As a result, and with much deliberation, Bruce is stepping down from the career that has meant so much to him.”

In early 2020, the family also spent extended periods together while sheltering at Moore’s Idaho home. “There have been many challenges and many tragedies with the pandemic, but I also think there have been many gifts and blessings,” Moore told Naomi Campbell during the February 2 episode of “No Filter With Naomi.” “I personally feel like I was really grateful for things slowing down and the time we had. It worked out for Bruce to come and spend time with us, and then his now wife and their young daughters came along a little later… it was amazing. My daughters love their little sisters.”
