Music Vault 2023 has been unlocked and it looks like the new year is packed with Grammy potential. In recent months artists like Selena Gomez, Sam Smith, Jennifer Lopez and others have announced new albums in the works and accompanying tours. The upcoming albums of 2023 include releases from Normani, Taylor Swift, Niall Horan, Måneskin, Lana Del Rey and countless other talented musicians.
One of the most anticipated albums of 2023 is Chlöe’s debut solo project Chlöe. For the “Have Mercy” singer, the upcoming release is an opportunity to show her individuality after 11 successful years (check: five Grammy nominations) as part of the Chloe x Halle duo with her sister Halle Bailey.
Meanwhile, Rebecca Black – whose song “Friday” sparked a viral moment on YouTube in 2011 – plans to showcase her vocal range for the first time in over a decade with the release of her debut album, Let Her Burn. On February 3, 2023, rising R&B artist Raye will also release her debut album, My 21st Century Blues, which she plans to follow with a tour beginning later this month. From rap and rock to R&B and pop, every genre looks promising for the new year.
