After starring as Shang-Chi in Marvel’s acclaimed film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Simu Liu took the world by storm in 2021. The title role, along with Liu’s impact on the world of film and pop culture, earned him a place TIME’s “100 Most Influential People in the World”.‘ list in May 2022, and the actor is showing no signs of slowing down. Liu is set to star in Greta Gerwig’s highly anticipated ‘Barbie’ and is slated to star in the upcoming Arthur the King film. ‘Shang-Chi 2’ it’s also in development at Marvel.
Outside of his blockbuster film roles, Liu has kept a low profile in the romance department. The actor is currently linked to music executive Allison Hsu. They made their public debut at the premiere of “Violent Night” on November 29th.
The new relationship comes not long after Liu was linked to fellow actress Jade Bender, known for her roles in A Cowgirl’s Story and most recently, Senior Year with Rebel Wilson.
