The White Lotus Actress Haley Lu Richardson, who stars as Portia on the hit HBO series, performed today this week and got quite a reaction from the hosts during its launch.
“Next is Haley Lu Richardson,” the presenters said during their introduction, as the 27-year-old began twerking on camera during the live broadcast.
“What are you doing?!” said the shocked hosts. “Oops,” Haley said before resuming her antics.
“It’s a morning show!” exclaimed one of the hosts. “I mean, yeah, come on!” said another.

Nestled in a tropical resort, The White Lotus follows the exploits of various guests and staff over the course of a week as each of their stays is impacted by their various dysfunctions. Season 2 is currently streaming on HBO Max.
Richardson recently opened up about how it felt to see their romance fall apart on screen as Albie (Adam DiMarco) began to bond with escort Lucia (Simona Tabasco).
“I looked over one time and it was a very late night and I was a little nuts, so maybe that could have been part of it. But there was a time when I liked seeing you guys making out,” Richardson told DiMarco during a discussion. “And I felt myself getting emotional as Portia. I remember feeling with Portia in all the prep stuff and finding her I feel like part of her sees how safe and beautiful this could be and how stable it could be.”
HBO has already confirmed this The White Lotus will return for Season 3 in yet another exotic location.
