mike tyson
Inked is delighted to share our Christmas issue with the one and only Mike Tyson. During our chat with the heavyweight champion-turned-cannabis entrepreneur, we were able to use his tattoos to tie together all the different phases of his fascinating life.
“Listen, my family and friends started crying [when they saw it]. ‘What did you do to your damn face?'” Tyson says. “Just look [laughs]. Without knowing it, this was the best thing that has ever happened to me. I had a really menacing attitude at the time, I was pretty boisterous at the time, so I did it.”

Lilith Zar
Lilith Czar, formerly known as Juliet Simms, told us how she was reborn as a musician, a transformation evident on her latest album, Created from Filth and Dust.
“Lilith is a symbol of female empowerment,” explains Czar. “Different cultures and time periods have all these different depictions of Lilith as a cannibal, while in Wiccan culture she is worshiped as this incredible goddess who represents sexual freedom.
“Then in the Bible she was created out of the same dirt and filth as Adam, and because of that she felt like his equal,” she continues. “I think this is such a powerful story and really represents what women continue to go through. The name Lilith is not just mine, it represents all women.”
Demetrius Johnson
In our interview with ONE Flyweight Champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson, we learned that while he may be fearsome in the Octagon, he’s a gentle family man at home. Well, at least when he’s not playing video games…
“I could play for myself all day, every day,” he says. “I stream to interact with the fans. That’s why my wife made me do it.” He then corrects himself for calling the people who tune in to his stream “fans.” “We are a community,” he says. And chuckles, adding: “The community loves to watch me play [Elden Ring] because I’m upset about it.”
Lorna Shore
We caught up with deathcore band Lorna Shore as they discuss how less-than-ideal circumstances helped them make Pain Remains one of their strongest albums yet.
“I’m a big fan of working to the max at the last minute,” says singer Will Ramos. “But that was just crazy, dude. It was like you show up to turn in your school project and it’s due and they literally collect the papers and you just stand in the back trying to do the last few of damn quick answers. And you think that’s okay. ”
We have all of that plus interviews with Jawny, Jesse Jo Stark, Mike Amoia, Chrissy Chlapecka and more. You don’t want to miss it!
