People’s Choice Awards 2022: Best Hair, Makeup, Nail Looks +2023

  • The 2022 People’s Choice Awards are in full swing.
  • The red carpet saw many stunning beauty looks from your favorite stars and their respective glam teams.
  • These are just some of the best beauty looks at the 2022 PCAs.

It’s hard to believe that awards season is back. Kicking off the 2022 People’s Choice Awards on December 6th, we’re excited for an exciting new batch of swoon-worthy hair, makeup and nail looks. Attendees at the big event include Lizzo, Selena Gomez, Harry Styles and more A-listers, all guaranteeing we’re in for a treat.

As far as TV and film nominations go, this season’s nope, Bullet Train, Abbott Elementary, Stranger Things, and more are up for an award. For music, there’s Bad Bunny, Beyonce, and Taylor Swift to name a few. Not to mention that Ryan Reynolds receives the People’s Icon Award, Lizzo receives the People’s Champion Award, and Shania Twain is honored with the Music Icon Award. Like I said, it’s going to be a big night.

Judging from last year’s show, the 2022 PCAs are sure to bring some impressive beauty moments as well. Becky G matched her V-neck French manicure with her yellow cut-out dress; Sarah Hyland debuted a bixie haircut, mostly cutting her hair; Jojo Siwa flipped a bubble braid and Christina Aguilera brought back her iconic 2000s hairstyle that gives us an oh-so-nostalgic feeling. The standout beauty trend of the night was undoubtedly French manicures, sported by Leslie Jones, Mindy Kaling, Christine Quinn, Porsha Williams, Siwa and, as previously mentioned, Becky G.

This year, Chrishell Stause sported a Pamela Anderson-inspired messy bun, Carmen Electra sported an ‘invisible’ French manicure and Laverne Cox caught our eye with supermodel nails with chrome accents in the centre. And that is just the beginning. Ahead, we’ve rounded up some of the best beauty moments from the People’s Choice Awards 2022 that you won’t want to miss.
