Two tiny tattoos can be seen on Cyrus’ left wrist near her “LA” design. One shows “07” which she got with her childhood best friend to represent the year they met and the other shows a smiley face with Xs for eyes. She got the smiley face tattoo from JonBoy in June 2018 and even inked him the same design.
