Nick Carter makes ends meet with the support of his bandmates. That Back Street Boys The musician opened up about what it was like to perform at London’s O2 Arena just a day after his younger brother. Aaron CarterHe died suddenly at the age of 34 and how his bandmates supported him through the heartbreaking time. “It was very emotional for me to have my boys with me. It was hard to get on stage that night,” the 42-year-old pop star recalled Extra! December 2nd of the concert on Sunday November 6th.
“There’s the old saying, ‘The show must go on.’ It’s been with us for years, but that night I didn’t know what to expect, I didn’t know what coming out on that stage would be,” he continued. “Getting the reaction from the fans was definitely reassuring and meant a lot to me.”
Nick broke down in tears as a singer that night Kevin Richardson dear Aaron. “Tonight we have a bit of a heavy heart because we lost one of our family members yesterday,” the 51-year-old singer began in his speech. “We just wanted to find a moment on our show to acknowledge that Nick’s little brother Aaron Carter passed away yesterday at the age of 34. He was part of our family and we thank you for all the love and all the well wishes and all the support.”

The rest of the Backstreet Boys – AJ McLean, Brian Littrelland Howie Dorough – hugged Nick as he got emotional. They dedicated their next song “Breathe” to the late singer.
The “Aaron’s Party” hitmaker passed away at his home in Lancaster, California in early November. He was found unresponsive in his bathtub by his fiancé Melanie Martin and was pronounced dead at 11:14 am on Saturday, November 5. After his death, Nick posted an emotional tribute to him.
“My heart is broken. Even though my brother and I had a complicated relationship, my love for him never faded,” he wrote in his caption, alongside a series of throwback photos over the years with Aaron. that one day he would somehow find a healthy path and eventually find the help he so desperately needed,” he said, referring to Aaron’s addiction and mental health struggles.
“Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss, but the truth is, addiction and mental illness are the real villains here,” he continued. “I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know. i love you chizz Now you can finally have the peace you could never find here on earth…God, please take care of my little brother.”
Luckily, Nick and Aaron had ended their feud before his death. “[Aaron] was on his way to making amends with so many people in his life and he had made amends and made peace with Nick,” his rep said HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY. “Aaron was happy about that because he loved his brother,” the rep added. “He looked up to Nick in so many ways. They tried to make things right again.”
