One of the documentary’s best results, however, is the never-before-seen photos of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Harry & Meghan highlights the sweetest parts of the couple’s love story, with new photos highlighting their first date, sweet selfies and more. Funnily enough, photos marked the beginning of the couple’s relationship, as they actually met on Instagram rather than on a blind date at first.
During a girls’ day out with her friends in July 2016, one of Markle’s friends posted a photo of her on Instagram with a Snapchat dog filter on her face. Needless to say, Harry was in love with her at first sight. “‘Who is this?!” he remembers seeing Markle for the first time. After exchanging numbers, Markle and Harry decided to meet in person for their first date (to which the latter was late) at Soho House in London.
Now, six years, a wedding, two children (Archie and Lilibet) and a life-changing move later, the couple appear to be as happy as ever, and we’re excited to get even more insight into their romance.
