Nancy Pelosi82, shone at the White House State Dinner hosted by POTUS Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden on December 1st. The first state dinner for the President and First Lady was held on the South Lawn of the White House to celebrate the United States’ relationship with France. New York Congressman Hakeem Jeffries52, was named the new leader of the Democratic Party in the House of Representatives on November 30. Jeffries will serve as Minority Leader as the Republican Party holds a majority in the House of Representatives after the 2022 midterm elections.
