Megan Markle41 and Prince Harry, 38, open their lives to the world. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared a never-before-seen photo with their adorable children Archie Harrison, 3, and Lilibet Diana, 1, during an emotional trailer for her much-discussed Netflix documentations Harry & Meganpublished on Monday 12 December. In the sweet family moment, the former suits The actress looked up at her husband and smiled as she carried Archie. Prince Harry, seen only from behind, carried little Lilibet on his shoulders. They both walked away from the camera and Meghan’s long tresses swayed behind her in the cheerful picture.

Everyone appeared to be decked out, with Lilibet wearing an adorable bow tie with her dress and sweater and Archie wearing a miniature size suit jacket. While the image seems light-hearted, the trailer is anything but light-hearted. “I wonder what would have happened to us if we hadn’t gotten out on time,” Harry said in the clip, referring to the family’s move to California in 2020 when they retired from royal life. “Our security was pulled, everyone in the world knew where we were,” Meghan added. “I said, ‘We have to get out of here,'” Harry then said.

“It gave us a chance to create the home we’ve always wanted,” Meghan said over video clips of the family enjoying the California sun. According to a source, they have no regrets about this decision, although they still planned to spend time in the UK. “Meghan and Harry have not given up on their plan to spend time in the UK,” a source close to Meghan said HollywoodLife ONLY in January 2021. “It’s just that world events have made staying in one place the best bet for now.”

While the source added that they would return once the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided, which they did, they were also quick to point out that they have no regrets about moving to the States. “Nonetheless, they’re very happy they’ve moved to Santa Barbara,” the source added. “As tough as the year has been, they haven’t wavered in their decision.”
