Melissa Viviane Jefferson, you will always be famous. On December 9, Jefferson — better known as Lizzo — proved once again that she’s the holiday queen when she donned a “Grinch”-inspired outfit to perform on the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2022 show. The best thing about the outfit? Her nails that perfectly match the theme.
The look done by her go-to manicurist Eri Ishizu, featured a combination of French tip designs as well as 3D nail art. Some fingers displayed a traditional deep French smile line, while others donned a reverse French. However, each nail had some sort of golden 3D adornment, be it a chain of crystals, gemstones or balls. The manicure managed to accentuate the rest of her look, which featured a forest green hair color (offset by pastel green coin highlights and mistletoe hair bubbles) as well as a shimmery green incised crease at her eyes.
This isn’t the first time Lizzo has made her nails the focal point of a look. Earlier this year, it was revealed that her Black Royalty manicure for the MET Gala lasted over five hours, and for Valentine’s Day she had a fully embellished set with equally jeweled hearts on each finger.
