He’s bagged the role of Geralt of Rivia for the Netflix fantasy series The Witcher. It has undoubtedly become one of the most watched series on the platform.
Despite the series being so successful, the actor decided to leave, leading to speculation that he was leaving to continue working man of steel 2 or because the series didn’t stick to the original book source. He’s now being replaced by Liam Hemsworth, who fans don’t like and who’s warmly welcomed by the creators and castmates. Farewell to Henry Cavill from Netflix The Witcher wasn’t easy for the fans. But the actors will also adapt to the change. The actress spoken with E! News recently about the announcement that Liam Hemsworth is taking the lead. To which she replied: “I think Henry did such a great job. Let’s see what Liam has to bring, shall we? That’s the way it is.”
Yeoh plays the role of Scian in The Witcher: Origin of the Blood, a series set before the time of Cavill’s character. The actress will star in this prequel.
So far the news that Liam Hemsworth is replacing Cavill The Witcher didn’t arrive well. The inevitable comparison between the two has drawn criticism The hunger Games actor once his casting was announced. While filling Cavill’s shoes might not be easy, some hopeful fans want to give Hemsworth a shot as well.
