Viral Lash Glue Hack: Is This Pony Trick Worth Trying?
Elaborately rounded or blow-dried straight, styled and fixed with hairspray: When you go out onto the street, you are usually disappointed after just a gust of wind, the bangs are no longer sitting over your forehead, but spread wildly across the top of your head. The cabbage and turnip storm hairstyle is at least now being put to an end on TikTok: with eyelash glue.
Clips are currently going viral on the video platform, in which individual ends of a fringe are glued to the forehead with a little eyelash glue. If you keep the adhesive dosage low and one-sided, you won’t see the white fluff at all. However, it is important to mention: All adhesives that have no place on the skin (superglue or similar) should not be used. Not only are they toxic or can cause severe skin reactions, they also stick the hair together to the extent that it can no longer be saved. And also with eyelash glue; which is mostly used for attaching body stones; every tester should bear in mind that the product was not actually designed for direct contact with the skin and is more likely to damage the hair in the long term. Every pony lover will decide for themselves whether it will be useful or a completely insane beauty trend.

Sophia Thiel reinvents herself with her own beauty brand
Sophia Thiel is a big number in the fitness industry. They are even less known in the beauty world, but that is about to change. The sports influencer will launch her own skincare brand “Skinimalist” on April 11, 2023. It is important for Sophia to combine care and use with her products, which is why her beauty line should mean maximum care in a minimum of time. But what is behind the products? How are they different from other brands? And where can you buy the skin care?
As early as March, the 28-year-old announced that she was working on an innovative new facial care product. A month later, the time has come: “Skinimalist” launches and is available in all DM markets and online from today. The range includes five products: a day care, a night care, an eye care, a serum and a mask. All products are vegan, not tested on animals and without parabens and silicones. Sounds quite normal at first, but the five-part series comes in stick form, i.e. as permanent care. It’s not the innovation that all fans were hoping for. A user asks whether the pens are hygienic, another praises the cooling effect of the eye care. As is so often the case, everyone has to find out for themselves which products work best for them.
