Kim Kardashian is still committed to co-parenting with her ex-husband KanyeWest, even amid the recent backlash over his anti-Semitic remarks on podcasts and social media. The rapper was spotted getting out of a car outside a hotel before heading to his ex-wife’s house to celebrate their son saints Birthday on Monday, December 5th, acc TMZ.
While the details of the party aren’t clear, the outlet reported that Kanye was at Kim’s house for “several hours,” and it’s not clear if other members of the reality star’s family were ready for the party nearly a week after her party home were divorce was finalized. Part of their divorce settlement included the rapper being able to attend the children’s birthday parties if they come to terms. Ye was seen holding a white bag as he exited the vehicle while wearing a gray jacket covered in patches. It was apparently the same one he wore during his controversial appearance Alex Jones’ podcast.
Aside from their divorce being finalized, the birthday party also came shortly after Kanye had faced a lot of backlash for anti-Semitic remarks about her Infowars Podcast including that he “likes Hitler”. His recent actions have seen him temporarily suspended from Twitter and called out by a host of other stars including President Joe Biden in an opinion.
After Kanye’s initial anti-Semitic remarks, sources close to Kim revealed HollywoodLife solely that she thought his comments were “disgusting and disgusting.” Though she and her family were troubled by the comments, insiders also said she’s still wary of speaking out about the comments in front of them. “As upset as Kim is by all of this, she’s very careful not to say anything negative about Kanye in front of her kids, and she’s asked everyone in her life to respect that,” a source said HL.
Kim celebrated Saints’ birthday by taking him and some friends to a Los Angeles Rams game on Sunday. She shared various shots of him at the game and it seemed like the celebration was planned without Kanye. She wrote a sweet message to her son in an Instagram caption. “Happy 7th birthday to my little boy. I love you so much! I love watching you grow up to be the kindest soul ever. Mommy loves you forever and ever,” she wrote.
The SKIMS founder also celebrated his special day with a series of throwback photos and videos of her Instagram Story. “My piece is so big now,” she wrote. “I wish he wore his hair out of braids and pigtails sometimes.”
Despite the split and controversy after the divorce was finalized, an insider revealed HL that Kim still “wants.” [their kids] to have a good relationship” Kanye. “She’s doing everything to make that happen,” they explained.
