Jennifer Lopez opened up about her fabulous life during Vogues 73 questions segment. The global icon invited the magazine into her even more fabulous home as she answered some fun questions while giving a mini tour of the pad. Looking absolutely stunning in a white backless top and khaki pants, Jennifer touched on her twins’ upbringing. emme and Max14, works with her husband Ben Affleck on another film and more.
When asked about the beautiful children she shares with her ex MarcAnthonythe Maids in Manhattan Star joked that she is now “intimidated” by them, like many parents are when their children hit the teens. As with any sequel she’d like to do, Jennifer once again showed her wit by replying with Giglithe massive box office bomb she did with Ben in 2003. When the interviewer called Gigli “critically acclaimed,” Jennifer actually laughed.
The Original Fly Girl by In vivid color went on to say that Ben is the person who makes her laugh the most between shoots, and “Dear Ben” is her favorite song from her 2002 album That’s me… Then and that she hopes to do a Broadway musical one day. She also recalled her go-to bodega order growing up in the Bronx: “Bam and cheese on a bun with an orange drink (if you know, you know) and a little bag of chips.”
It’s no surprise to fans that she gushed over Ben during ’73 Questions’ as she recently revealed what he had written on her second engagement ring! The 53-year-old said this in an interview Zane Lowe from Apple Music Onethat Ben had the words, “Don’t. Walk. Somewhere.” engraved on her green diamond engagement ring. “That’s how he signed his emails when we started talking again,” she explained. “Like, ‘Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere.'”
As for the first engagement ring, Ben popped the question with a pink sparkler valued at $2.5 million in November 2002. As anticipation of their wedding grew at the time, the couple surprisingly canceled. “Due to the excessive media attention surrounding our wedding, we have decided to reschedule the date,” the couple said persons in a joint statement. In January 2004, J.Lo and Ben were officially ex-boyfriends.
However, nearly two decades after their engagement ended, the former couple were back together and dubbed “Bennifer 2.0.” The couple became official on Instagram in July 2021, when Jennifer shared a snap of them packing on the PDA during their 52nd birthday celebrations. After a year of dating, they decided to retry an engagement in April 2022, when Ben got on one knee with this green diamond ring valued at an estimated $5 million! And the rest is history!
