My name is Vendetta is an Italian film written and directed by Cosimo Gomez. Sandrone Dazieri and Andrea Nobile also contributed to the screenplay. It’s a fast-paced action film set in northern Italy. It follows a former mafia enforcer and his daughter who travel to Milan to seek revenge on the criminals who brutally killed their family members.

Alessandro Gassman plays Santo, the film’s protagonist. Santo has a dark past that he kept secret from his daughter. However, everything begins to surface when enemies from his past kill his wife and brother-in-law.
Gassman had roles in the Italian films The dinner, All you need is crime, Mio Fratello Rincorre i Dinosauri, Ritorno al crime and Il pataffio. He also played the role of Gianni Chellini in carrier 2 alongside Jason Statham.
Ginevra Francesconi plays the role of Sofia, Santo’s silent daughter. After disobeying her father and posting a photo of him on social media, her life changes forever. You may recognize Francesconi from her roles in the films The nest, celebrity, Regina and Genitori vs Influencers.
