Adele is a wandering girl. The 34-year-old “Easy on Me” singer revealed she took up hiking at her Las Vegas residency. Weekends with Adele, during a weekend performance. “Guess what I started,” she asked her audience at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, according to the Daily Mail. “I started hiking. I really like it,” she gushed. “I put on my headphones and continue. I’m out of breath This is a stadium sized theater, quite a walk.”

The global superstar’s fun fact comes as she maintains her 100-pound weight loss, which she quietly debuted on Rapper in October 2019 drakebirthday party “Adele has never felt better in her life. She’s glowing on the outside and that directly reflects how good she feels on the inside,” revealed a person close to the British star HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY in February 2020. “It has taken her so much hard work and determination, she has completely changed her lifestyle. She’s now doing all the LA stuff she used to laugh at and she loves it. She drinks green juice, she hikes, she does Pilates. She has personal trainers. She doesn’t admit that she enjoys working out, but she makes time for it in one way or another almost every day.”

Adele opened up about her weight loss journey in an interview with in 2021 US Vogue and revealed that she never intended to lose that much weight. “I realized that I wasn’t scared when I was training. It was never about losing weight. I thought, if I can make my body strong physically and I can feel and see that, maybe one day I can make my feelings and mind strong physically,” she recalled.

“The training would just make me feel better,” she continued British Vogue. “I’ve gotten quite addicted to it. I work out two or three times a day.” She went on to reveal her workout routine at the time: weights in the morning, followed by a hike or a boxing session. In the evenings she did cardio.

Despite feeling better than ever, Adele has been slammed for her physical transformation, which she spoke about during her interview British Vogue. “People are shocked because I haven’t shared my ‘journey’. You’re used to people documenting everything on Instagram, and most people in my position would make a big deal out of a diet brand. I didn’t give a shit,” she declared openly. “I did it for me and no one else. Why would I ever share it? I don’t find it fascinating. It’s my body.”

She also touched on the subject during her opening monologue Saturday night live in October 2020. “I know I look really, really different since you last saw me,” Adele grinned. “But actually I had to travel light because of all the Covid restrictions and could only bring half of me and this is the half I chose.”

Adele’s hiking hobby coincides with another one she talked about during her stay last week: therapy. The Grammy winner told fans at her show on Saturday, December 10 that she went back to a therapist after originally splitting up and divorcing in 2019 Simon Konecki. “I started therapy again because I had been without for a few years. I had to start,” she admitted. “Before, when I was going through my divorce, I was basically having five therapy sessions a day.”

“But I stopped blaming myself for my own behavior and the things I would say,” she continued. “But now I’m doing it because I just want to make sure I recharge every week to make sure I can give you everything.”
