Cynthia Bailey55, formally claims ex mike hill, 52, of fraud. In new court documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia Real Housewives of Atlanta Star says: “[the] applicant [Bailey] entitled to a divorce from the respondent [Hill] due to inappropriate adulterous relationships and moral ethics in his conduct”, per page six. The legal paperwork comes after Cynthia previously denied that Mike cheated.
The allegations also appear in another series of court documents, dubbed the “Request for Sealing,” which appear to double the allegations of infidelity. The documents said they “could raise questions as to both the moral character and embarrassing acts of either party” and should therefore be kept private. “These facts have a high probability of potentially adversely affecting the reputation, image and business relationships of either party and will cause significant damage to the parties mentally, psychologically, financially and emotionally,” they also said.
Mike has responded to the claims, calling them “mistakes” in a reply to the outlet. The sportscaster also claimed that Cynthia’s legal deadline “is releasing statements revoking this” — but no statement has been released at the time of publication. Notably, the divorce was finalized on Thursday, December 1st. HollywoodLife has also asked for comment on the allegations in the new documents.
“I have love and respect for Cynthia. I always have and always will,” he also said of his ex. “As you heard in your own words, at no point in our marriage were there any inappropriate adulterous relationships. Our marriage didn’t work out, but we still remain best friends,” he also said.
In November 2021, just a year after the couple walked down the aisle, Mike was accused of sending inappropriate photos of his genitals to another woman. At the time, Cynthia denied the allegations, calling them “disgusting” as the couple went ahead with their marriage. However, things changed in October 2022 when the Bravo star filed for divorce – yet had denied cheating.
“To my knowledge there was no infidelity. Mike never had sex with another woman during our marriage,” she said PERSONS back then. “At the end of the day, it was just a bunch of things. And I respect Mike and our marriage too much to go into the details of those things, but it wasn’t anything scandalous, we just grew over each other.”
When appearing on the Two Ts in a sleeve podcast with RHOC alum host Tamra Judge55 and RHOBH alum Teddy Mellencamp, 41, Cynthia addressed the breakup – but said it was more because the relationship had taken its course. “I felt like we weren’t friends anymore,” Cynthia said. “I felt that if we didn’t put the brakes on, it just meant that we just wouldn’t become friends.”
