The mother of two even accepted her Instagram story this evening to share some insider details from the sumptuous dinner. Her first snap was of her place settings at the state dinner, which the French President also attended Emmanuel Macron and his wife Bridget. Chrissy’s place setting included a fancy dinner napkin with the President’s official seal, along with a black leather menu, also bearing the same seal. The White House didn’t skimp on the details either, because even the dinner napkins were elaborately embroidered.
Chrissy also shared a video in her Instagram story, where her husband showed himself enjoying himself at the state dinner. “mediocre at the state dinner. The President’s State Dinner was held at the White House on the South Lawn in a huge tent to accommodate over 400 guests.
