Becky G is officially engaged and we just got our first look at the ring. The musician and actress took to Instagram to break the news to her followers on Dec. 9, sharing a romantic sunset selfie with her fiancé, longtime partner and soccer player Sebastian Lletget and her massive diamond ring, which was designed by The clean cut. Becky G kept her nails simple to ensure all the attention was on the spectacular oval-cut engagement ring, and opted for a subtle but classy French manicure in the third Instagram gallery photo. “Our place forever 🤍,” the couple captioned the photos from the seaside proposal.
Against the vibrant backdrop of water, the tips of Becky G’s almond-shaped nails looked even softer than a typical French manicure and could almost be mistaken for a neutral milk bath manicure at first glance. With no wild designs or sharp lines, Becky G proved once again that minimalist nails are here to stay—especially when you’ve got a sparkling diamond ring to wear them with. The ring in question is also quite classic in its design, although this particular style seems to be trending among celebrities lately, with a timeless gold band and no added stones.
