Don’t expect to hear the names KanyeWest or Kim Kardashian to the new season of The Real Housewives of Miami. Adriana deMoura brought up Kanye’s penis and Kim’s past friendship Larsa Pippen last season but she said in the latest episode of HollywoodLife‘s Attention Puh Lease! Podcast that she doesn’t mention them in Season 5, which premieres December 8 on Peacock.
“I don’t mention Kanye West anymore … or the documentary — whatever he has for him,” Adriana, 57, told us EXCLUSIVELY. “I didn’t say anything more about that. I kept my promise I made at the reunion that I wouldn’t bring up Kardashian anymore.
While Adriana and Larsa were bitter rivals in Season 4 because Adriana kept bringing up Kanye and Kim, Adriana tells us their relationship is improving in Season 5. “We are in a better place. Baby steps,” Adriana said. “But on a linearly positive trend, I should say.”
Adriana teased more about the “epic” season of RHOM this is full of drama, including Lisa Hochstein’s divorce. “There are so many twists and turns and unexpected friendships that develop and other friendships that crumble,” Adriana shared. “There are things we didn’t expect ourselves [that] surprised us as a cast. I can only imagine how the fans will feel.”
Marysol Patton previously told HL that there is a “bad split” between the OGs in Season 5, so we asked Adriana what happened. “Yep, there are some OGS bumps, and it was also unexpected,” she confirmed. “Unfortunately, I find myself right in the middle.”
“I don’t think anything is too permanent,” Adriana added of the power struggles between the two RHOM OGs. “I hope nothing lasts. We all have our ups and downs. It’s a natural rhythm of friendships.”
